Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Zenwise merit dashboard, desktop aggregate recording, mobile review, sharing, AI-assisted, and classic learning services.
Service Provider and Scope
- Zenwise is provided by an individual developer. In these terms, “we” means the individual developer and operator of Zenwise.
- By downloading, accessing, or using Zenwise, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree, stop using Zenwise and cancel any subscription through the relevant system or store flow.
Accounts and Use Restrictions
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account activity.
- Do not attack the service, bypass subscription access, scrape content, or use Zenwise for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
- Do not use automation, reverse engineering, bulk requests, account sharing, or other methods to interfere with the service, fair use, billing, or security systems.
Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or another configured billing provider.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant platform.
- Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are usually handled by the purchase platform under its rules. We cannot guarantee that a platform will approve a refund.
- Premium content, history range, merit benefits, AI usage, and learning-path access are governed by in-app display and backend entitlements. We may change benefit rules for abuse prevention, security, billing, or product reasons.
Content and AI boundaries
- Classic texts, explanations, merit statistics, share cards, and AI answers are for learning, recordkeeping, and self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
- AI answers are for passage, concept, and in-product learning contexts. They are not long-term emotional companionship, therapy, crisis intervention, or professional diagnosis.
- We work to maintain source and copyright information, but users may not copy, resell, or bulk-distribute app content.
Limitation of Liability and Service Changes
- Zenwise is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully meet your expectations, or that all AI output will be accurate or complete.
- Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business losses, or data losses caused by network issues, platform behavior, third-party services, user misuse, interpretation of data, AI output, or subscription platform processing.
- We may suspend, change, or discontinue features for security, compliance, product, maintenance, or third-party service reasons.
Termination
- If an account is involved in abuse, infringement, billing circumvention, security risk, or violation of these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access.
- You may stop using Zenwise at any time and may request export or deletion of eligible personal data through the app or by email.
- Account termination or deletion does not automatically cancel App Store or other platform renewals. Cancel separately through the relevant platform.
