Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Zenwise / Daily Zen classic wisdom learning service.
Accounts
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account activity.
- Do not attack the service, bypass subscription access, scrape content, or use Zenwise for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
Subscriptions
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or another configured billing provider.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the relevant platform.
- Premium content, merit credits, and learning-path access are governed by in-app display and backend entitlements.
Content and AI boundaries
- Classic texts, explanations, and AI answers are for learning and are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
- Ask the Classics is for passage and concept explanation, not long-term emotional companionship or therapy.
- We work to maintain source and copyright information, but users may not copy, resell, or bulk-distribute app content.
